Review a preliminary Blueprint with the people responsible for the business. Separate assumptions from evidence, then decide whether validation or a scoped implementation is appropriate.
Each company’s deliverables, access, commercial terms and approvals are agreed separately. A fund introduction is not blanket authorization to start work.
Agree which updates may go to the fund and who may receive them. Permission to introduce a company is different from permission to share its inputs, Blueprint or project information.
This is an invitation to discuss a manually coordinated pilot. It does not provide a fund dashboard, automated portfolio reporting or self-service co-branded intake. Any broader partner program would need its own scope and agreement.
