Our approach

First understand. Then build.

Start small enough to learn. Make the next commitment only when the scope and the remaining uncertainty are clear.

Four steps. Each with a decision.

01 · Free preliminary Blueprint

Find a useful starting point.

Share a public business URL or a non-sensitive description. The AI-assisted Blueprint offers preliminary ideas and questions to review. It is not a verified audit, a quote or a guarantee of results.

02 · Optional paid Validation Sprint

Resolve the hard unknowns.

For complex work, agree a focused investigation of workflow, feasibility, data access or integration risks. The output informs a proceed, revise or stop decision. Not every project needs a sprint.

03 · Fixed-scope Implementation

Agree what done means.

Set the deliverables, exclusions, dependencies and acceptance criteria in writing before building. Changes outside that agreement are assessed and scoped separately.

04 · Bounded ongoing improvement

Improve with evidence.

Agree a defined backlog, review cadence and support boundaries. Measure the relevant workflow, discuss what changed and decide what to do next. It is not unlimited development or round-the-clock support.

The Blueprint starts a conversation.

Generated concepts can be incomplete or wrong. Any illustrative targets are hypotheses, not measured customer results. Human review and project-specific discovery come before delivery commitments.

Before implementation, we agree who supplies content and access, who approves decisions, how acceptance is tested, and what happens when scope changes. Timing and commercial terms depend on that agreement.
